2. What should I do if I am locked out of my house?
Our team of technicians are ready to assist you in bypassing all domestic locks. Simple call ahead and we’ll organise for one to visit your property.
3. Do I need to provide proof of identity and address?
Yes! We and our technicians take security seriously and will not agree to access a lock or property unless the necessary proof of identity is provided.
4. Can you make TWO different locks work on the same key?
Yes, as long as they work on the same kind of key, we should be able to match them.
5. What does it mean to rekey a lock?
Rekeying a lock means to change the existing key that operates the lock barrel into a new key, making sure the old key no longer works on the now new – or altered – lock.
6. Can you fix a broken key?
Most likely not, but we can replace your broken key with a new one. If your broken key is stuck in a lock, we can come out on site to extract the broken key too.
